Dr. McLaughlin is retiring on March 31, 2023. 

Dr. Unryn will NOT be taking on ANY of his patients.

All requests for patient medical records for Dr. McLaughlin's patients occur via DOCUdavit storage solutions.

NO copies will be provided to patients from this office.

Patients are required to now complete a Patient Request Form for copies and/or transfer of the medical records to either themselves or to their new physician.
